These terms apply to all yacht charters booked with Yas Marina Yacht Rental. By confirming a booking, you agree to them.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation on WhatsApp with the yacht, date, start time, number of hours and boarding point. Please check these details and tell us straight away if anything is not right.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
- Prices are per hour for the whole yacht, not per person.
- Every yacht has a minimum booking time of 2 hours.
- Payment is made by card, or with Tabby or Tamara, using the payment link we send on WhatsApp.
- Anything not listed as included is quoted separately on request.
3. What Is Included
Every charter is private and includes the yacht, a captain and crew, soft drinks and water, and speakers. Any extras are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before your trip.
4. Boarding Point
The Yas Horizon and the Yas Lounge depart from Yas Marina on Yas Island. All other yachts depart from other Abu Dhabi locations. The exact boarding point and time are shared on WhatsApp after booking. Please arrive before your start time so you can board on schedule; the charter runs for the hours confirmed in your booking.
5. Guest Identification
Every guest, including children, must bring an original passport or Emirates ID. Guests without valid identification may not be allowed to board.
6. Guest Limits
Each yacht has a maximum number of guests, shown on its page. This limit is set for safety and cannot be exceeded. Please tell us your full guest count when booking so we can confirm a suitable yacht.
7. Safety, Weather and the Captain’s Decisions
The safety of guests and crew comes before everything else. The captain is responsible for the yacht and has the final decision on the route, the speed, swim stops and whether it is safe to sail. If weather or sea conditions are not safe, the captain may delay the departure, change the route or return early, and our team will contact you on WhatsApp to discuss the options.
8. Conduct on Board
- Guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
- Guests must respect UAE laws and local customs while on board.
- Illegal items and dangerous behaviour are not allowed. The captain may end the trip if the safety of guests, crew or the yacht is at risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult throughout the trip.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment.
9. Personal Belongings
Please look after your personal belongings on board. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the trip.
10. Changes to These Terms
