A Private Sunset Cruise in Abu Dhabi
Golden hour is a lovely time to be on the water. The heat drops, the light turns soft and warm, and the skyline slowly switches on as the sun goes down. A private sunset cruise lets your group enjoy all of it on your own yacht, with a captain and crew, soft drinks and water, and your own music on the speakers.

When to Book Your Sunset Cruise
In Abu Dhabi, the sun sets at around 5:30 pm in winter and around 7:15 pm in the middle of summer. For a 2-hour trip, we suggest a start time about one hour before sunset, so you enjoy the golden light, the sunset itself and the early city lights on the way back. Tell us your date on WhatsApp and we will suggest a start time.
- Winter (December to February): mild evenings and early sunsets – a light jacket is a good idea
- Spring and autumn: warm evenings and a little later sunset
- Summer (June to August): late sunsets and warm air – the breeze on the water helps

Tips for a Great Sunset on the Water
- Book a few days ahead, especially for weekend evenings
- Arrive early so you can board on time and catch the golden light
- Bring sunglasses for the low sun and a light layer for after dark
- Plan your photos for the 20 minutes before the sun touches the horizon
- Bring an original passport or Emirates ID for every guest
